After completing her degree in Landscape Architecture from the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, she moved to the UK in 2010 and set up her art studio in a stunning 19th-century Victorian vicarage.

Matylda’s captivating and unique illustrations have made her one of Scotland’s bestselling illustrators. Her work has garnered recognition beyond Scotland’s borders, with her being listed as one of Poland’s top 5 female artists in 2016. Matylda’s talent and dedication to her craft have earned her numerous awards in major competitions, and her art has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions throughout Europe.
