How long does it take to receive my framed art print once I order?
We pride ourselves on our hassle-free, speedy service. Each framed print is made to order with expert care by our in-house team. Typically, your bespoke framed artwork will be crafted and dispatched within 5-7 working days. Once shipped, delivery within the UK usually takes an additional 1-2 working days. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your beautiful new art to arrive at your door.
What is your return policy if the artwork doesn’t suit my space?
We want you to be completely in love with your new art. If you find that the piece doesn’t perfectly suit your space, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the process. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
